Southwest Kidney Institute employs some of the nation’s leading nephrologists (kidney doctors). Our thirty physicians, six nurse practitioners, and support staff manage all aspects of kidney disease. Our physicians and staff are multilingual to meet the diverse needs of our patients.

We provide services to over twenty hospitals, six office locations and one free-standing dialysis access center in the greater Phoenix area and deliver care to dialysis patients throughout the state of Arizona.

We own and operate eight dialysis facilities including six hemodialysis and two peritoneal/home hemodialysis facilities.
