We offer seamless, integrated, comprehensive care to patients with kidney disease through our “continuum of caring...” model. All services offered are centered on our commitment to providing the highest quality of care.

Physician Services (Nephrology) – Our nephrologists and their support staff provide services throughout the state of Arizona and are committed to providing the highest quality of care.

Community Awareness – We promote the importance of an early referral to a nephrologist for patient education and preventative treatment.

K-DEPT Clinic (Kidney Disease Education, Prevention and Treatment) – The key to our care model where we slow the progression of kidney disease by managing all aspects of the disease through nutritional and social services, options education, anemia management and other kidney disease related services.

Transplant Services – We provide patients transplant education and support. We manage and coordinate patient care before and after transplant to ensure continuity of care.

Dialysis Access - The goal of our dialysis access program is to prevent hospitalization and missed treatments due to dialysis access related events.

Home Dialysis and In-Center Dialysis – Southwest Kidney Dialysis (SKD) encourages patients to "experience the difference" of physician-owned dialysis facilities. We provide the highest quality of care while focusing on patient outcomes and comfort.

Research – Our clinical research division manages clinical trials on behalf of leading pharmaceutical, biotechnology and medical device companies. Patients are given the opportunity to participate in the development of medical advances and gain access to treatments that may otherwise not be available.
